I'm also having the same problem. When
I loaded individual ROI masks in, they appeared. But when I tried
to load an atlas in, though the .txt labels appear fine when
checked through ROI tools, they don't appear in the first-level
analyses tab. I think it's probably something simple I'm missing,
but can't figure it out!Thanks.
