Subject 1 ROI 1 file has not been defined
I have a problem when trying to create a batch script for
multi-subject analysis. I have previously used the conn v.12 for
single single subject batch analysis, but when I now try to modify
that code to handle several subjects, I receive the following error
message:
SOME ERROR FOUNDS!: Please revise the Setup information
ERROR: Subject 1 ROI 1 file has not been defined
ERROR: Subject 1 ROI 2 file has not been defined
ERROR: Subject 1 ROI 3 file has not been defined
...and so on for all subjects. I did read the conversation between Richard M and Alla Y (subject: Error after set-up), which indicated that this is an error concerning the segmentation step. They concluded that the user should load the SPM.mat file to get this working, but as I had no problem with the v.12 toolbox, I am a bit puzzled. The batch manual clearly states that, if the BATCH.Setup.masks definitions are left empty (which they are in my case), the toolbox will perform segmentation, which indeed was the case when I performed single subject analysis using v.12. Has anything changed in the new version (I am using v.13i) or am I doing something wrong (wouldn\'t be the first time...)? I should also mention that I tried running a single subject analysis as well, which also rendered the same error.
Thanks in advance,
