First of all, welcome to our SPHARM-PDM community. Thanks for you enthusiasm about the tool.
I have just updated the release since it was missing the BatchMake files necessary for batch-processing. Sorry about that.
Please follow the tutorial (under the Docs section in the tool menu on the left) to create the environment variable that will allow ShapeAnalysisModule to find the *bmm files.
