KWMeshVisu
Hello,
I have been trying to run ShapeAnalysis for some time now, but with little success. I was trying to run the hippocampi tutorial from command line (the command and the output is in enclosed text file), I believe it produces all the needed files and I am able to visualize them with Slicer (but just in gray). As I have learned MRML scenes are no longer supported But unfortunately I am not able to run KWMeshVisu for visualization (it returns "bash: KWMeshVisu: command not found"). This might be a silly question, but is it even part of installation package? Am I supposed to install additional tools as KWwidgets? And if so, how to launch KWMeshVisu?
I am running FSL virtual machine (CentOS release 6.3 , 64 bit, GNOME), using the last release of SPHARM.
I will be glad for any help
