RE: ART toolbox-parameter file explanation
Dear Maksym,
For the default ART settings this extra parameter contains a composite measure of scan-to-scan movement; in particular it represents, for each scan, the maximum scan-to-scan movement (distance in mm) observed across 6 control points placed at the center of the 6 faces of a bounding box encompassing the brain.
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Dear all,
I'm using the ART toolbox to identify the outliers . The ART provides the 'art_regression_outliers_and_movemen.mat' parameter file that can be used as a covariate in CONN toolbox. This .mat file contains the outliers, 6 movement parameters and one additional column. So, can one explain what does this column mean?
Thank you in advance for response.
Regards,
Maksym
