Notes:
This is the Beta release of the GTRACT Diffusion tensor analysis
suite. Some additional testing is being performed before the final
release
Changes:
This a complete restructuring of the program to tie in with the
Slicer3 Execution Model framework. The NRRD file format is now used
and fiber tracks are generated in VTK format that are supported by
Slicer3.
