Notes:
This is the second release of PESTICA estimators validated for a particular
FCP Classic dataset - the NYU_test-retest_classic dataset
consisting of 25 people scanned at 3 sessions. I have retained the
same subject numberings, but separated them into session1, session2
or session3 subdirectories. Use the card_pestica.dat or
resp_pestica.dat files for filtered PESTICA input, or load the
impulse_responses_secondpass.mat to obtain physiologic phase
variables corresponding to respiration and adjusted (only cardiac
gets adjusted) cardiac phase. These are slightly better than the
filtered PESTICA files and result from using IRF-RETROICOR as
distributed with the most recent version of PESTICA.
