VMTK in 3D Slicer
This project provides a series of modules which enable functions of the Vascular Modeling Toolkit (http://www.vmtk.org) in 3D Slicer (http://www.slicer.org).

Module VmtkSlicerModule
This module provides the vtkVmtk libraries in 3D Slicer.
Module VMTKLevelSetSegmentation
This module provides the level-set segmentation process of VMTK in 3D Slicer. The process targets manual segmentation of tubular and blob-like structures.
Module VMTKVesselEnhancement
This module provides the vessel enhancement filters of VMTK in 3D Slicer. These filters are able to highlight or enhance line-like, plate-like and blob-like structures.
