VMTK in 3D Slicer

This project provides a series of modules which enable functions of the Vascular Modeling Toolkit (http://www.vmtk.org) in 3D Slicer (http://www.slicer.org).

The functionality includes vessel enhancement filtering, level set segmentation, centerline computation, network extraction and branch splitting.
