Ratings/Long-term Prospects Comments: | Love how easy it is to mark up quickly by dragging spheres from one point to another - much faster than segmenting everything drawing contours. Although there are many segmentation tools, this is one of VERY few which support multiple users at once and is specifically designed to help you generate a "network diagram" by showing which cells are connected by synapses to which other cells.

Other Comments/Similar Tools: | Installation was very easy - which is always great, and the "Viking" paper is an excellent read. I think Viking may benefit from video tutorials, but it's early days for Viking yet, so this may be coming. |
