Error running JIST from CLI with X11 and nohup after logout |

Running JIST layouts seems to fail under the following
circumstances:
Using the command line interface (runLayout)
with X11
with nohup
after closing the terminal window that was used to run the command
(logging out)
I'm assuming this is an issue with creating the pop-up window UI
when the JIST pipeline is initializing the layout. The critical
issue is that we would like to be able to run the command line
interface after logging out (using nohup) and also for convenience
it would be nice to suppress any pop-up windows that steal focus.
I've attached an example error output.
