Thank you for your reply. I have done ROI-to-ROI analysis once several days ago and everything is fine. Recently, I hope to change several ROIs to see theck the results. I load the setup.mat (what I saved in the first time) file and change the setting of ROIs. Nothing else has been changed. And I click 'Done'. The error information as:
