Hi Ivan,
These errors seem to indicate that the location of your files has changed (perhaps the original drive G: has been moved to a different letter?). When you load your project in CONN it will check whether all of the files are still in the same location and if they are not CONN will prompt you to locate the first functional file for the first subject and session. Once you point to the new location of this file CONN will update automatically the rest of the references. After the project finishes loading save it again to store these changes so that CONN does not need to prompt you again (and the rest of your steps should also work just fine after this step)
