NITRC Enhanced Services

This project hosts the support and community integration for the enhanced NITRC services of the NITRC-Image Repository (IR) and the NITRC-Computational Environment (CE).

NITRC-CE is an on-demand, cloud based computational virtual machine pre-installed with popular neuroimaging tools, distributed via NeuroDebian. Click here for a listing of current NITRC-CE packages: http://www.nitrc.org/ce-packages . NITRC-CE is available to use on your own infrastructure or via commercial cloud providers including Amazon and Microsoft.

NITRC-IR is a data commons built upon XNAT with both NIfTI and DICOM images. The NITRC-IR offers thousands of subjects and imaging sessions searchable across over a dozen projects to promote re-use and integration of valuable NIH-funded data.
