    MySight AI is an open-source neuroinformatics tool built to automate the quantitative staging of central nervous system demyelination in Autosomal Dominant Leukodystrophy (ADLD). Running natively in Python, the software ingests structural brain MRI slices and employs grayscale matrix intensity thresholding via OpenCV and NumPy to cleanly isolate T2-FLAIR white matter hyperintensities. The system calculates a key metric: the Leukodystrophy Burden Ratio (LBR), providing a reliable, standardized metric to track neurodegenerative disease progression over longitudinal patient timelines.
