The First NIBIB Edward C. Nagy New Investigator Symposium will take place April 12, 2011 at the Lister Auditorium on the NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland. There will be a very exciting line up of speakers, all of whom are first-time NIH grantees, covering a wide range of cutting edge bioengineering and imaging research areas such as stem cells and tissue engineering, molecular diagnostics, image-guided ultrasonic therapy, drug and gene delivery, computational anatomy, imaging informatics and robotic prostheses.

The NIBIB encourages NIH employees as well as scientists and engineers in the DC area to attend and meet our new investigators, hear about their exciting research, and cheer them on! There will also be a reception following the Symposium.
