Hi,

I need brain data in Nii format so that I can directly use them in FSL without any conversion.

ROBEX can handle both compressed (.nii.gz) and uncompressed (.nii) Nifti data.

if you mean the training dataset, that is not publicly available. If you mean the test datasets, they can be downloaded from their corresponding websites:
