Hi,
What type of operating system are you using?
We have been aware of an out of memory issue and are working with mathworks to work around this issue!
A work around for now is that you can make a 4D nifti before running DKE, which should help with the memory issues for now.
In one of the following releases we will try and fix this!
PS: which dataset is giving you problems?
