When the MRML scene hasnt been created there are several things you can test:

1) Do you have all the output files associated to all the input data? Even if only one is missing your MRML scene wont create.
2) Is your MeshMath binary working? i.e. when you type 'MeshMath --help', do you get a help message prompted?


Let me know about the outcomes of these simple tests, we will try to troubleshoot your problem.
