Hi everyone,

 I'am trying to analyse the lateral ventricles. I'm using  the following pipeline.

 i) ./convertITKformats 1.hdr 1.gipl

 ii) ./SegPostProcess 1.gipl -o 01.gipl

 iii) ./GenParaMesh 01.gipl -iter 1000 -label 1

 iv) ./ParatoSPHARMMesh 01_surf.meta 01_para_meta -subdivLevel 15 -spharmDegree 15
  
  In GenParaMesh function, Some images are completed before the iteration reach 1000. I can see the outputs in the KWMeshVisu, the image looks normal. Howewer this images dont perform in ParatoSPHARMMesh function.

  l encontered this situation before in hipocampi and caudat analyses. 

  How can I fix this problem?
