RE: -seedlist and tracts for individual seeds
after I run
track -inputfile $RAWDWIFILE -inputmodel bayesdirac -schemefile $SCHEMEFILE -iterations $NUMIT -seedlist coord.txt -header $BRAINMASK -anisfile $FAFILE -anisthresh 0.01 -outputfile allTracts.Bfloat
with coord.txt including 4 points and NUMIT=3, i got 12 tracts as expected. However when I check their seedpoints with float2txt they are not as
1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4
but
3,9,1,24,3 ...
is not it strange that I have numbers bigger than 4?
