Notes:
There are two feasures which added to DTIPrep1.1.2 regarding
denoising filtering. We have added two noise filterings called
LMMSE and Joint LMMSE adopted from Slicer. The LMMSE is applied
before the checking and the correction steps. The JointLMMSE is
employed afte all QC processes.
