Notes:
This is the first release of the toolkit, which includes an
instruction manual (2012.03.29 Imputation Manual.pdf) and three
scripts (Step1_MICE_inputs.m, Step2_MICE_Rscript.R,
Step3_MICE_export.m). The ZIP archive should be able to be opened
on any Linux or Windows system, probably on MAC too. Please tell me
if you have any questions or issues, and I will update this release
to address your concerns.
