Notes:
1. Two new steps have been added into the current DTIPrep pipeline:
The brain extraction methods
The detection process of vibration artifact
2. The whole necessary paths for external programs can be found
automatically.
3. The interface is more consistent to interact user with the pre
and post processing steps.
