Dicom Converteris based on the ITK IO mechanism for reading and
writing images. The formats currently supported by the converter
are DICOM to:
Analyze (*.hdr)
MetaImage (*.mhd)
Nrrd (*.nhdr, *.nrrd)
In addition the application supports drop directory support.
