partialing the first 5 principal components instead of the mean of
white matter and ventricular signal
2) addition to Stage 1 of Patel et al. (2014)'s WaveletDespike
procedure
3) addition to stages 3 & 4 of calculation & testing of mean
(across the network) clustering coefficient and local efficiency
