Notes:
Except Qt5 and VTK, other libraries are statically link in GTree.exe thus the corresponding dynamic linker files are no need.
Update Qt 5.11.3 to Qt 5.12.5. Update VTK 8.0 to VTK 8.2.
Fix bugs.
