Notes:
New version of templates for spm6 and spm12 are included in the
atlases.
Changes:
For the spm12 version, a group-customized tissue probability atlas
was first generated by the DARTEL process to reduce the biases,
which used the "TPM.nii" in spm12 as the initial atlas and employed
all T1 images of 328 children as inputs. The eyeball was removed
from CSF tissue atlas to facilitate the calculation of the total
volume of CSF. After obtaining 6 tissue segmentations of each
individual brain, we conducted the same generation pipeline as the
generation of head template in our paper (Zhao et al., 2019).
