Notes:
Update to JSON mapping files to use the new isAbout format which
consists of a dictionary with keys ''@id'' and ''label'' to capture
the URL (@id) and the label for the isAbout concept. These changes
required changes to functions that map variables to terms and store
CDEs in the NIDM file.
