The CMIG Pipeline is a comprehensive image processing and analysis pipeline that closely matches that used by the ABCD Data Analysis and Informatics Resource Center for the ABCD 6.0 data release. The CMIG Pipeline is shared as Singularity and Docker images along with a collection of required external software packages.

 

There are three pipeline packages to choose from. cmig_pipeline_package_271b.zip includes a pipeline that processes DICOM files for sMRI, dMRI, and rsfMRI. This pipeline was designed for use with ABCD data but can be applied to similar datasets. cmig_pipeline_abcd_dicom_package_271b.zip differs from cmig_pipeline_package_271b.zip with the inclusion of ABCD-specific task fMRI analysis steps. cmig_pipeline_abcd_sourcedata_package_271b.zip differs from cmig_pipeline_abcd_dicom_package_271b.zip in that the starting point is the sourcedata tgz files in a BIDS-like directory structure, as shared in the ABCD 6.0 data release.
