- compose_pgsql17 container renamed to compose-pgsql17 so a valid url could be made for pghero (which is now available on compose as well)
- pghero, grafana, and flask admin dashboards are available on neurostore and compose for monitoring
- adding in scheduled backups with AWS (these could be used for regression tests in the future)
