A multi-contrast symmetric neonate template with T1- and T2-weighted images and diffusion tensor imaging-derived fractional anisotropy and mean diffusivity images at a high spatial resolution (0.5 mm3). The resource also includes atlas labels for cortical grey matter, white matter, cerebrospinal fluid, brainstem, cerebellum, bilateral hippocampi, amygdalae, caudate nuclei, putamina, globi pallidi, and thalami.
