The CMIG Atlases provides a volumetric atlas of the adolescent brain derived from data from the ABCD study. The atlas includes the following components:
- group representative T1w, T2w, and RGB colour-coded FA map
- probabilistic anatomical labels of cortical and subcortical structures for the ABCD release 6.0 data (Deskian/Killiany parcellation, Desikan et al., Neuroimage, 2006)
- white matter tract parcellation (AltasTrack, Hagler et al., Hum. Brain Mapp., 2009).

This atlas is provided to be used with the ABCD release 6.0 concatenated data and the FEMA statistical package (Parekh et al., Hum. Brain Mapp., 2024) and showVol MR volume viewer provided by CMIG (https://github.com/cmig-research-group/c...).
