Hi Michael,
Thank you for reporting this, I believe this was actually a bug in the code which was preventing you from running the "structural normalization" option in Preprocessing. I am attaching a temporal patch (for version 14n, simply copy the attached file into the CONN distribution folder, overwriting the file with the same name there). Let me know if everything is working as expected now and I will add this patch to the next release as well.
