attached you find a folder with 5 files. Just open "gsr_exe.m". All explanations are inside, it should be very easy to use. Please let me know how it works out! Don't hesitate if you have any questions.

P.S.: The script generates a 4D nifti-file of your data with the GS regressed out. You'll find the file in the same folder as your original imaging file. It'll be named "gsr_*your_original_imaging_file*.nii"
