Dear Dr. Alfonso, dear Pravesh,
just so I understand your conversation correctly: You extract the global signal from the unsmoothed rsfMRI-files? If so, I suppose you denoise them before calculating the GS(?). Then, where does conn store the denoised, unsmoothed data files? The only nifti files which I find newly generated after denoising are called "niftiDATA_Subject*_Condition000.nii", which -I Suppose- are the denoised, smoothed rsfMRI data.
