RE: REX extract changes image dimensions
Dear Merina,

I am not sure I understand correctly, do you mean that you created a mask from your seed-to-voxel results, and then used REX to define an atlas file from this mask (e.g. using the 'roi.img' output option), but the resulting files had the wrong dimensionality? If this is the case I am not sure how this would happen, the only way I imagine REX could modify the dimensionality of the output files would be if you start with ROI coordinates specified from .txt files and ask REX to create the associated .img files (in this case the resulting files will be cropped to minimize storage space, so they could have smaller dimensionality than expected). In any way, could please clarify what your process was in a bit more detail?

Best
Alfonso

I am extracting ROI from seed2voxel second-level results to do additional voxel-voxel connectivity analysis. When I extract the ROIs with REX, the image dimensions are changed. I started with typical MNI space, but the ROIs end up in 73 93 74

Has anyone come across this before? Is there an easy way to change the dimensions to MNI (again)?

Thanks!

Merina
