LesionToads - error during atlas alignment
I am trying to run LesionToads on a T1 and T2 image on my Linux
machine, but midway through during iteration1 (atlas alignment), I
get this error:
Pb: X (0,0,0) -> X' (NaN,NaN,NaN)
transform: (NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN)
Exception in thread "Thread-3" java.lang.NullPointerException
Does anyone know what is wrong or how I can resolve this?
Thanks.

RE: LesionToads - error during atlas alignment
Please install the new version of LesionTOADS that is uploaded on
the project page. After installing the TOADS-CRUISE package in
mipav, install the Lesion-TOADS jar file. This should solve the
problem.
