I want to extract ROI-wise volume for the AAL atlas using CAT12
segmentation. However, in the catROI_subj_T1.xml file (found in the Label folder),
some ROI values appear as zero — for example, lACC, rACC, lTHA,
rTHA, etc. Could anyone help me understand why this is happening
and how to resolve it?"
