hi all! i am trying to extract the centroids of the brain regions from the NMT v2.0 atlas sym (and asym, whatever it takes to extract). However, I have never worked with this program and I do not know what to do (I am not neuroscientist). I tried to load the CHARM.nii.gz files there with the labels file, however, it did not work at all. Can you provide me the step by step instructions of how to extract the (x, y, z) coordinates of the centroids of the brain regions from this atlas.

To extract XYZ cordinates of the celebrum you need to do digitisation process.

It will track the points on the head and locate the cordinates for those points
