EPI reconstruction
Hi,

I am quite new in MRI and I am struggling with the reconstruction of EPI images from a pre-clinical Bruker scanner (specially with the phase correction). Does anyone has some experience?
Thank you very much,

Best regards,

RE: EPI reconstruction
Hi Shandra,

We distribute a software package called the Fast Imaging Library, http://www.nitrc.org/projects/igt_fil, which is hosted by the National Center for Image Guided Therapy: here http://www.ncigt.org/pages/Research_Proj...

We support a variety of methods for EPI data reconstruction, including ghost correction. The code can be called from Matlab or C, depending on your needs.

Have a look, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

RE: EPI reconstruction
Hi Scott,
Thanks for the links.
My biggest problem is that I don't know how are called the  parameters of Bruker that I need to correct the phase (linear offset and constant offset).

Regards,

Shandra

RE: EPI reconstruction
the linear and constant phase offsets are typically different with every scan.  There are a few different ways to measure them.  It would help to know more about your specific application before going into details.

Feel free to contact me directly, shoge@bwh.harvard.edu, and I can hopefully get you onto a viable solution path.
