LONI Pipeline Version 5.2.1 and Pipeline Server 1.1.1 Posted By: John Van Horn - Jun 3, 2011Tool/Resource: LONI Pipeline Environment The newest release of LONI Pipeline v. 5.2.1 is a free workflow application primarily aimed at neuroimaging researchers, but is useful for many other fields of science. The Pipeline Client runs on your PC/Mac/Linux computer upon which you can create sophisticated processing workflows using a variety of commonly available executable tools (e.g. FSL, AIR, FreeSurfer, AFNI, etc). Additionally, the Distributed Pipeline Server v. 1.1.1 can be easily installed on your Linux cluster and you can submit processing jobs directly to your own compute systems.
