BrainFX 2.1.1 released Posted By: Brain Mapping Unit - Jan 23, 2008Tool/Resource: BrainFX BrainFX 2.1.1 is released. It is an updated version of BrainFX used in CamBA 2.1.0. We also decided to synchronize the version number of BrainFX and CamBAfx. This package contains BrainFX's implementation of NifTI1 library. The implementation, in org.brainfx.nifti.* packages, are made available under the General Public License version 3.0 or later, with the standard classpath exception. It is pure Java code which is self contained (see note). BrainFX's NifTI library is splited into two parts: The core library described above and a SWT/Eclipse library to edit NifTI header information. Note: The core library is found in the eclipse plugin package org.brainfx.nifti/src. The packages org.brainfx.nifti.testers and org.brainfx.nifti.helpers are old and deprecated packages which does not form part of the new NifTI library. |
