Dear experts: 

when I perform two groups fMRI meta-analysis using default gray matter in preprocessing step, final result shows a white matter region (Left inferior network, uncinate fasciculus). I do not know how to explain it? Should I ignore it?

Dear Ivxy, 

It is expected that cluster extend to the white matter, so you should only report those ones located in the GM (check the cluster breakdown to see if there is some GM regions)
