What if there is no t value ,z value or p value

Dear,

I really appreciate the usefulness of your SDM software for conducting meta-analysis . However, I have been unable to extract t value from two articals which reported the peak coordinates without a  precise t value ,z value or p value (only showing a  approximate threshold, such as "MNI coordinates x = 12, y = -60, z = 42, cluster size = 162 voxels, r = -0.707, p < 0.05 GRF correction") .

I do really wondering the instructions for this problem.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a guidance on how to carry out this question.

Thanks again!

Best Wishes!

RE: What if there is no t value ,z value or p value

Good morning,

Could you send an image of the results report (.HTML file) created after the mean analysis/FWE correction?

Thank you,

Lydia

RE: What if there is no t value ,z value or p value

Thanks a lot for your reply! I was thinking about that I would run main analysis after I sovled this problem as the main analysis often takes a long time . But  after considering your opinion, I think I can do a main analysis before solving this  problem. Thank you again for your reply!

I will go to analyze the data and upload the corresponding images as quickly as possible!
