How the fMRI indicators (such as ALFF / fALFF, ReHo, FC, etc.) perform a coordinate-based meta-analysis.

Hello, I would like to ask for some guidance. I plan to perform a coordinate-based meta-analysis on several fMRI metrics (such as ALFF/fALFF, ReHo, FC, etc.) using SDM-PSI. What parameters should I modify at the Preprocessing stage to ensure they are set correctly, particularly regarding the Modality and Correlation template? Additionally, when I attempt to generate results through the thresholding process, I encounter errors in the Execution Log, such as:

“WARNING: File ‘E:/SDM-PSI/rTMS-PSCI/ALFF’ was not found or is not a NIfTI file (unknown extension).
WARNING: File ‘foothr’ was not found or is not a NIfTI file (unknown extension).
WARNING: File ‘foomul’ was not found or is not a NIfTI file (unknown extension).”

Could you please advise on how to resolve these issues? Thank you very much for your help.

Dea Xin Xiang,

You should conduct separate meta-analysis for each measure of fMRI, as it is not methodologically appropriate to combine all in one meta-analysis. Respecting the warning, did you check that the path is correct for working directly with the SDM table?

Best,
