Pre-processing: why no minimum peaks?
Hello,
First of all, thank you so much for the great software you built and for your generosity by sharing it and providing tutorials and help.
The html page of preprocessing provides the maximum and minimum peak of each study but often the "minimum" column is empty.
Is there a reason for that ?
Thank you.

RE: Pre-processing: why no minimum peaks?
Dear,
currently, when SDM recreates an effect size map from peaks, it uses positive values for peaks with t>0, and negative values for peaks with t<0. Thus, if the study only found peaks with t>0, the recreated image doesn't have any voxel with negative values, for what there is no minimum.
Hope this helps,
Joaquim
