undefined coordinates
Dear SDM fellows,
I amgetting undefined coordinates after running preprocessing. Could you please tell me what may possibly the cause of this.

Dear ,
Do you mean that the coordinate of the peak is anatomically labelled as undefined? In that case, it simply means that it is not included in the anatomical atlas, it is not an error.

Thanks for the reply.
In that case, is it possible to use some other anatomical Atlas for SDM analysis? If There's a way I can change the default Atlas while we run SDM processing. Or if I can transfer the coordinates of the peaks once it is reported in SDM.

SDM reports the results in MNI space, so you can use any atlas in
MNI space.
