I have a question about the cluster size of significant peaks:
How exactly is the number of voxels of a significant peak calculated?

Dear Mareike,
as in other software, you first specify a voxel threshold to define which voxels are significant. Adjacent significant voxels are then grouped together in clusters, and cluster size is the number of voxels of a cluster.
