How to use Statistical T maps as input in SDM
For my study, I have the statistical T map for each study (format
is nii). From the SDM tutorial, I only find the information about
how to use text file to perform meta-analysis. Do I need to get the
peak coordinates information first? Can I use statistical T map of
each study as SDM input?
When I try to perform preprocessing, it always said I need the text files.
Thank you very much.

RE: How to use Statistical T maps as input in SDM
Dear __,
you don't have to extract peaks!
If the SDM program fails to read the map, please check that the map,
- is in the folder of the meta-analysis.
- has the appropriate format. To ensure this you may use the "Convert images" button
- has the same name than the name of the study in the SDM table.
Best wishes,
Joaquim
