Once again thanks so much for developping such a great tool and helping others to use it.

My question concerns the EXTRACT function.

When I extract from a coordinate/landmark/blob, from which map does it extract the value?

The last one thresholded?

When I open SDM, I can directly use the Extract function and I don't know from which map it extract the estimates.

Dear Henryk,

the extract function extracts the value of the voxel (or the average value of the voxels of a region or blob) from all maps in the meta-analysis. In the output table returned, each map is a row.
